Extra Charges Without Explanation and Very Poor Customer Support
I took a two-wheeler loan from Bajaj Finserv and recently faced a very disappointing experience. My EMI amount is ₹3518, and the auto-payment was successfully deducted from my bank account. Despite the EMI being paid on time, an additional ₹535 was charged as “overdue charges” without any clear reason.
When I checked with the bank, they confirmed that only the regular EMI amount was deducted through auto-payment and no overdue charge was applied from their side. This makes it clear that the extra charge was applied from Bajaj’s side without proper explanation or prior notification.
To resolve the issue, I visited the customer service office at L.P. Savani Road, Madhuvan Circle, Universal Business Center (Surat). Unfortunately, the experience there was even worse. The staff behaved rudely, did not listen properly to the concern, and explained the issue in a very unprofessional manner. Instead of helping, their attitude made the situation more frustrating.
Because of these unexplained extra charges and the poor customer service experience, I am extremely dissatisfied. Based on this experience, I would not consider taking a loan from Bajaj Finserv again, nor would I recommend it to others.
