Very Uncomfortable Experience

I would not recommend taking a loan from this app. Even before the due date, I started receiving repeated reminder calls, which felt unnecessary and stressful. What concerned me more was that calls were also made to people from my contact list, which felt like a serious privacy issue.

Because of this kind of harassment and repeated calling, my experience has been very uncomfortable. I strongly feel such practices should be strictly regulated, as customers should not have to deal with this level of disturbance while using a loan service.
