On Time Payments but No Increase in Loan Offer
Very disappointing experience with MoneyTap. I have paid all my previous loans on time, but my new loan offer has not increased and sometimes the credit line is not even opened. I expected that regular and timely payments would improve eligibility, but there has been no benefit so far. Because of this, my overall experience with the app has been poor and not encouraging for repeat users.
