Negative Experience about NV Shoppe Mart Model
NV Shoppe Offers Grocery Mart Franchise but the Services are very bad. I am an existing franchise based in Odisha,India
1-They provide short expiry products
2- Products are short as per invoice.
3-Do not respond to calls.
4- Do not provide proper Marketing and Software support.
5- Do not refund outstanding.
6-Charge hefty for transportation.
7- No support in GST creation and filing as committed
8- Improper Mix of Product range . Some in bulk while many varieties are completely missing.
9-Charges are quite high e.g. Marketing, Branding (Almost Double)
10-Has sent MLM staff. No staff on site means no accountability.
11-No help in staff hiring.
12- Irrelevant heads added in Quotation
NV Shoppe is based in Noida.I am trapped in their false commitments and now in complete distress.
