Slow After-Sales Support
I recently picked up the Tracy’s Dog Beta Rabbit Vibrator from TheSexToysIndia, and I have to say, my initial experience was fantastic. The vibrations were powerful, the material felt great, and the design was spot on. For the first few months, I was really enjoying it.
But then, about six months in, it just stopped working out of the blue. I reached out to their support team, and while they did get back to me, the whole repair process took way longer than I had hoped. Eventually, they fixed it and sent it back in good shape, but the wait was definitely a bit annoying.
That being said, I do appreciate that TheSexToysIndia stood by their product and got everything sorted in the end. The quality is solid, and their customer support team followed through. I just wish it had been a little quicker.
