Very Frustrating Experience
I strongly advise people to think carefully before taking any loan from True Balance. My experience has been extremely disappointing and stressful. Even after paying the full loan amount, my loan account is still not showing as closed. I have sent multiple emails to customer support and followed up many times, but there has been no proper solution or clear response from their side. The issue remains unresolved, and the continuous delay is causing unnecessary tension.
When a customer completes full repayment, the loan should be closed immediately or at least within a reasonable time. Instead, the process is dragging on without any clear communication, which makes the service feel unreliable. Because of this poor support and delay in loan closure even after full payment, my experience with True Balance has been very negative. I would not recommend taking a loan from this company unless they significantly improve their customer service and closure process.
