Paid in Full, But Permanently Harassed

Taking a loan from TVS Credit was straightforward, but the experience after clearing my dues has been an absolute nightmare. If you value your peace of mind after fulfilling your financial obligations, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. Let me be clear: I was a diligent customer. I paid every single EMI on time and cleared all my dues completely, well before the final date. I have the final payment receipts and a zero-due statement to prove it. However, my phone is still held hostage by their system. Weeks after my loan closure, I continue to receive persistent payment reminders and loan notices via their app and text messages. It's not just annoying; it's incredibly stressful and makes you constantly second-guess whether their system has made a mistake that will affect your credit score. Naturally, I tried to resolve this. This is where I discovered that TVS Credit’s customer support is practically non-existent. Their helpline number is an endless loop of automated menus that never lead to a human being. Emails sent to their support address are met with generic, automated responses that don't address the specific issue. It feels like screaming into a void. There is no one to talk to, no one to escalate the issue with, and absolutely no way to get this simple technical glitch resolved. It's baffling that a financial company can be so efficient at disbursing loans and collecting payments, yet so utterly incompetent at providing after-sales service or even performing a basic function like removing a customer from a reminder list once their loan is fully paid. This experience has left a sour taste. The initial convenience is not worth the mental harassment that follows. Avoid them if you can.
