I’m really happy with my experience with Nas diet and , my dietician! ❤️ I lost 4 kg in just one month, which I honestly didn’t expect.
I’ve always felt that losing fat was not easy for me, but with my dietician’s proper guidance and diet plan, I finally started seeing noticeable results. The plan was practical, manageable, and didn’t make me feel like I was starving myself.
I’m truly thankful to Diya for her constant support, guidance, and motivation throughout my journey. And I'm thankful to the trainers too. This diet has given me so much confidence and motivation to continue working towards my goal. Highly recommended! ✨
