Whether you are a consumer looking to share an experience, a business owner managing your reputation, or someone who has encountered a fraud — TrustGate is built for you.
Your experience — good or bad — is valuable. Every authentic review you leave on TrustGate helps someone else make a better decision and holds businesses accountable.
Register on TrustGate using your email address. It takes under a minute and is completely free. You only need an account to submit reviews — this helps us keep the platform authentic.
Use the business directory to find the company, service, website, or establishment you want to review. You can search by name, category, or location.
Search the full business directoryIf the business is not yet on TrustGate, you can add it and submit your review at the same time — in a single step. New business listings go through approval before they go live on the platform.
Add business and review togetherGive a star rating, write a clear title, and describe your experience in your own words. We only publish reviews based on authentic firsthand experiences.
Every review is moderated before it is published. Once approved, it appears on the business profile page and is visible to all users on TrustGate.
Manually reviewed for authenticityYour business may already be listed on TrustGate — added by a customer who wanted to leave a review. Claiming your profile gives you the tools to manage it and build real trust with your audience.
Create a Business Owner account using your business or work email address. Personal email addresses are not accepted for business registrations — this is one of the ways we verify that accounts are legitimate.
Business email requiredSearch the business directory for your business. If it is already listed, you will see an option to submit a Claim Request directly from the profile page. If your business is not listed, you can add it from your Business Owner Dashboard after registering.
Your profile may already be liveSubmit the required business documents as part of your Claim Request. Our team manually reviews every claim to confirm you are the rightful owner or operator of the listed business. This verification step is what makes a claimed profile credible.
Manual verification by our teamOnce your claim is approved, you gain access to your Business Dashboard. From there you can update your business details, logo, and banner, respond to customer reviews, and apply for the TrustGate Badge — a verified trust signal you can embed on your own website.
Badge details on a separate pageIf you have been deceived by a business, website, or service — or if you have evidence of fraudulent activity — you can report it to TrustGate directly. You do not need to be a registered user to file a report.
Visit the Report a Fraud page. No account or login is required. Anyone who has encountered fraudulent activity can file a report, including anonymous reports — but you must provide proper evidence in the form for it to be reviewed.
No registration requiredFill in the report form with the details of what happened and attach any supporting evidence you have. The more information you provide, the stronger the basis for investigation.
Every fraud report is reviewed by TrustGate's moderation team. Reported businesses are flagged for investigation. Your report contributes to a safer experience for every consumer on the platform.
Reviewed by our moderation teamThe biggest concern people have with review platforms is that they can be gamed. Here is exactly how TrustGate prevents that.
No review goes live automatically. Every submission is reviewed by a human before it is published on the platform.
Reviews are assessed for authenticity, consistency, and relevance to the business being reviewed. Generic, vague, or suspicious submissions do not pass moderation.
No business — regardless of whether they are a verified partner or badge holder — can pay to have a review removed or suppressed. That is not something we offer, and it never will be.
TrustGate applies exactly the same moderation standards to a small local shop as it does to a large national brand. There are no tiers of treatment.
