Bought from Amazon, Flipkart, or an Offline Store?
Some verified businesses use their own order system to confirm transactions. If you purchased through a third-party marketplace or a physical shop — where the brand's own database won't have your order — you are not blocked. Simply upload your receipt, invoice, or order confirmation as proof. Our team reviews it manually and publishes your review based on the evidence.

What Brands Can and Cannot Do
A verified or badge-holding business can respond to your review professionally. They can flag a review that violates TrustGate's Community Guidelines (hate speech, fake claims, spam). They cannot remove a review because it is negative, because it hurts their rating, or because they disagree with your experience. TrustGate's moderation team — not the business — makes all final decisions on review disputes.

Create a Business Owner account using your business or work email address. Personal email addresses are not accepted for business registrations — this is one of the ways we verify that accounts are legitimate.

Search the business directory for your business. If it is already listed, you will see an option to submit a Claim Request directly from the profile page. If your business is not listed, you can add it from your Business Owner Dashboard after registering.

Complete Document Verification
Submit the required business documents as part of your Claim Request. Our team manually reviews every claim to confirm you are the rightful owner or operator of the listed business. This verification step is what makes a claimed profile credible.
