Unprofessional and insensitive staff

Very disappointing experience. The doctor’s behavior was extremely rude and dismissive during my grandfather’s consultation, especially when he was already in severe pain. Instead of speaking respectfully, he kept raising his voice at my elderly parents, which was very upsetting for the whole family. The clinic itself also didn’t feel properly maintained, and the overall hygiene was poor. It honestly felt more like a billing-focused setup than a place meant for patient care. The staff seemed unorganized and unprofessional, with no sense of urgency. For a consultation fee of 1200, the experience was nowhere near acceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for proper care and basic courtesy.
