Not Reliable for Repeat Customers
In my experience, KreditBee works only for the first loan. I received my initial loan without issues and repaid it successfully. However, when I applied for a second loan, the app showed that I was not eligible and asked me to apply again after six months, even though my current credit score is 774.
This was quite disappointing because timely repayment should improve eligibility, not reduce it. When I contacted support through email, the responses felt generic and unhelpful, without any clear explanation for the rejection. Because of this experience, the app feels unreliable for repeat borrowing, and users should be aware that approval after the first loan is not guaranteed even with a good credit score.
