Very disappointing experience with Man Matters

I had a very disappointing experience with Man Matters. I ordered the Stage 2 Regrowth Kit, but despite placing three reorder requests, my order was never delivered. What made the experience even more frustrating was the lack of proper customer support. There is no direct phone support, only a chat system that was unable to resolve my issue or provide any meaningful assistance. I expected much better service from a well known brand, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend Man Matters.
