I have a very bad experience with One Vahan, whom I trusted and asked them to register my 15 year old vehicle outside Delhi NCR. It is more than five months. I have been waiting and spite of having made all the payments in time and after repeated follow-up every 10 to 15 days, I have still not got the job. There is total silence from their side. This is an extremely unprofessional behaviour which is not expected from them.

In one words One Vahan is completely cheater, I had a very poor experience with them, I paid 5,000 as an advance payment because they told me my work would be done in 7 days. But it’s now been over two months, and nothing has changed. I don’t even know if my documents were actually sent to the RTO. Every time I call and ask for an update, they say the same thing, “it will take a little more time.” No clear date, no proper update.

The worst part is their response after taking the advance. They don’t pick up calls regularly, and when they do, they only say things like “soon” but never share real details. It feels like they are not serious about finishing the work. When I asked for the owner’s contact number, they refused and said it’s “company policy.” That made me feel they are not transparent and customers can’t speak directly to someone responsible. Overall, the way they handle things is very unprofessional. I strongly advise people not to trust One Vahan and not to pay any advance money until everything is clearly verified.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company while using their vehicle re-registration service. Before taking payment, I was assured that the entire process would be completed within 20 days. Based on that commitment, I proceeded with their service.

Unfortunately, it has now been more than 90 days, and my re-registration is still not completed. For the last four months, I have been repeatedly following up for updates, but all I receive are vague responses, excuses, and assurances that the work will be completed soon. There has been no transparency, no accountability, and no clear timeline provided.

What is most frustrating is the complete lack of professionalism and communication. Once the payment was made, customer support became extremely unresponsive, and it felt like my concerns were being ignored. Delays can happen, but keeping customers in the dark for months without any meaningful updates is unacceptable.

I trusted this company based on their promises, but my experience has been the exact opposite. If you value your time and expect reliable service, I would strongly recommend considering other options.
