Response for New Loan Requests
Dear PaySense Team, I am very disappointed with the support experience. I have been requesting an additional loan multiple times over the past year, but I have not received any proper response and no one from the team has resolved the issue. My previous loan of ₹30,000 was closed in July 2020 without any dues or late payments, yet for the last five years I have been unable to get a new loan approval. On top of that, the app itself often does not work properly, which makes the process even more frustrating. Overall, the lack of response from the support team and the poor application performance have made the experience very disappointing.
