PW Books Taken Back

I ordered a set of 14 books from PW and had to wait 14 days for delivery. After such a long wait, I was disappointed to find that one of the books in the set was incorrect. The mistake was entirely on PW's side.

I immediately raised a complaint, and instead of simply replacing the wrong book, they collected the entire set of books. Now it has been over a week, and I have absolutely no update about where my books are or when I will receive them back. The most frustrating part is that there is no proper customer support helpline. Emails and support requests seem to go unanswered, and nobody takes responsibility. I repeatedly explained that the books were already paid for and that my child depends on them for studying. Since it is currently vacation time, every day lost is valuable study time that can never be recovered. Unfortunately, all my concerns have fallen on deaf ears.

PW has taken the money, taken the books back from my child's hands, and left us without any solution or timeline. The lack of accountability, communication, and customer care is extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend purchasing books from PW.
