I strongly advise anyone looking for placement services to avoid this organization. They take large upfront fees and completely fail to deliver on their promises.
The Timeline of My Experience:
Upfront Payment: I paid an advance of ₹50,000 for their job search and placement services.
Zero Results: Over a 9-month period, they failed to secure a single interview for me.
Refusal to Refund: After they failed to deliver, I requested a refund. It has now been another 9 months (18 months total), and they still refuse to return my money.
Deceptive Tactics to Watch Out For:
The "HR" Excuse: Whenever I follow up, they offer the illogical excuse that "they haven't received the amount back from the company HR." And also you can't see and they won't let you see the Founder.
Key Staff Involved: The representatives who handled my case and consistently deflected accountability are Jennifer, Geetha, and Princy and many more with different names.
Fake Reviews: Do not trust the 5-star reviews on this page. I personally witnessed the staff bribing an individual to write positive feedback right in front of me.
