Extremely Poor Customer Service and Refund Experience

I had a very disappointing experience shopping with Bewakoof. I ordered two T-shirts, but the quality and overall condition of both products were far below my expectations, so I decided to return them. The biggest issue started after the return. It has been over two months, and I still have not received my refund. Every time I contact customer support, I get the same pathetic response that "the team is working on it," but no actual resolution provided. There seems to be no escalation process, and no senior representative is available to address the issue.

To make matters worse, another order of mine was never delivered and was eventually canceled by the company. Although I was informed that the refund would be credited to my wallet, the amount never appeared. Despite repeated follow-ups and continuous tracking from my side, the issue remains unresolved. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Delayed refunds, poor communication, and lack of accountability have completely eroded my trust in the brand. Based on my experience, I would advise shoppers to be cautious before purchasing from Bewakoof.
