disappointing experience shopping

I had a very disappointing experience shopping with this platform and would not recommend it to others. One of the biggest issues is their return and refund policy. I paid using Cash on Delivery (COD) and only later discovered that COD customers are treated differently. According to their policy, COD orders are not eligible for refunds to the original payment source. Instead, they offer store credit, cashback, or a size exchange, which feels restrictive and customer-unfriendly. The sizing was another major problem. My waist size is 32, so I ordered size 32 pants based on their size chart. When they didn't fit properly, I requested an exchange for size 30. Surprisingly, those were still extremely tight and uncomfortable. This suggests that their size chart may not accurately reflect the actual product measurements.

To make matters worse, the company only allows one exchange per order. After using that exchange, I was left with two pairs of pants that I couldn't wear and had no practical way to resolve the issue. The entire exchange process was inconvenient and frustrating. I later learned from a friend that even when refunds are approved, the money is often kept as wallet credit instead of being returned to the original payment method, effectively forcing customers to continue shopping on the platform. My friend's orders (#65.... and #65....) reportedly faced similar issues.

Overall, between the inaccurate sizing, restrictive return policies, lack of proper refunds, and difficult exchange process, this has been one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I've had. I would advise potential buyers to carefully review the return policy before placing an order.
