I am a Rapido delivery partner. I went to pick up an order here, and the staff told me the food was being prepared and asked me to wait for 25–30 minutes. After waiting, they suddenly said they didn't have the materials to make the order!
When I told them I couldn't cancel the order directly from my end, they kept arguing with me for 50 minutes. Finally, they told me to drive 300 meters away so the order would get canceled. After I moved, the order was canceled showing "Canceled by Customer."
When I said I would call the police, the staff showed extreme arrogance and threatened me by saying, "Call the police, we don't care. We can also call Thakur to deal with you."
They wasted 50 minutes of my time with zero respect! Just like other customer reviews here (like Aahan S.), this outlet continuously tricks riders and customers. They accept orders without stock, make riders wait, fake cancellations, and openly threaten delivery partners.
Extremely bad management and open harassment. EatSure / Rebel Foods must take strict action against this staff immediately!

Absolutely disappointing experience. I placed an order, it was accepted without any issues, but the food never arrived. After waiting for a long time, the order was suddenly canceled with a promise that the refund would be processed. Days passed, and I never received the refund or any proper update from customer support. What made it even worse was that the app later showed the order as "Delivered," even though nothing was delivered to me. This is completely unacceptable and makes the service feel untrustworthy. I would never recommend ordering through this app. Save yourself the frustration and use a more reliable food delivery service instead.
