Bad AI, No Human Customer Support. Food Delivery Cancelled after delayed for an hour
I order food from EatSure at around 1PM, After almost an hour of no contact, I check and the order was still showing as no delivery partner assigned, took me literally abusing their AI to help me connect with an agent and then the agent took another 10 mins to actually start the conversation. I could've gone out, or cooked the food myself if it takes them this long.
