We engaged Granton Advertising to modernize our legacy technical architecture and eliminate data fragmentation across our multi-national footprint. Granton's engineering team decoupled our legacy core by deploying an event-driven microservices architecture. They built a React.js frontend on Vercel with a Node.js and GraphQL middleware plane. To handle massive concurrent mutations without packet loss, they implemented Apache Kafka buffers and an Optimistic Concurrency Control (OCC) strategy utilizing atomic PostgreSQL JSONB deep document merging. They also integrated OpenAI's GPT API and LangChain into a WhatsApp customer-intake framework to automate data sanitization.
They pulled off a complex, multi-location deployment across international boundaries on an aggressive timeline. The architecture is incredibly sophisticated; implementing GraphQL eliminated data over-fetching at our retail terminals, cutting network payload weights by 70%. Their use of Kafka and PostgreSQL JSONB completely eliminated row-locking contention during peak hours, while the LangChain/GPT workflows dropped data pipeline ingestion error rates to near zero. They bridged physical sales with cloud architecture, giving us live telemetry to calculate precise Average Revenue Per User (ARPU).
