My experience was extremely disappointing. After waiting so long to receive my order, I was shocked to receive a completely different product than what I had purchased. I had to request an exchange, which was frustrating and a waste of time.

What made my experience even worse was that the return pickup. The delivery person opened the package in front of me and inspected the item, even though it was a highly personal product. This completely breach of privacy and the purpose of ordering such an item online, where privacy and discretion are expected. I felt very uncomfortable, and it seemed like a serious lack of respect for customer privacy. Overall, between receiving the wrong product and the poor handling of the return process, this was a very unpleasant shopping experience. I will never ever order from IMbesharam!

I contacted IMBesharam because I wanted to order the Lovense Lush 4. Since it ships from their US warehouse and delivery takes 21–30 business days, I simply wanted some confidence that the product was actually available before placing my order.

My request was straightforward: I asked for a real time photo and short video taken by their team showing the product they intended to ship, not website images, promotional videos, or Instagram reels.

Instead of answering that request, I was repeatedly sent:

Instagram links
Marketing videos
Website product pages
Statements that they are an "Authorized Reseller"
Claims about being in business for 13 years and delivering over 10 lakh orders

While those points may establish their reputation, they do not answer the question I asked, and can't cross-check the data they are established.

Eventually they admitted that the product was not in their India warehouse and would be procured from their US warehouse after ordering. When I asked how I could verify that the product was actually available in the US warehouse, I never received a direct answer. Instead, the conversation kept returning to marketing statements about trust and company history.

I'm not accusing the company of being fraudulent. My concern is simply that a genuine customer asking for reasonable purchase confidence should receive a direct answer rather than repeated marketing assurances.

If the product cannot be verified because it's sourced after payment, it's better to say so honestly. That would be far more transparent than avoiding the question.

As a potential customer, I left the conversation without the confidence I was looking for, so I decided not to place the order.

I visited IMbesharam for the first time because I was interested in purchasing one of their products, but unfortunately, I decided not to place an order.

The first thing that surprised me was how expensive the product was compared to other options available online. Then, when I reached the checkout page, I found the entire process confusing. The layout felt messy, with information scattered all over the page, making it difficult to understand what steps I needed to follow. Another thing that didn't make sense was the shipping options. The checkout page offered Free Shipping, Express Shipping (₹599), and Same Day Shipping (around ₹2000+). However, the website also mentioned that products shipped from the USA would take 21–30 days to arrive regardless of the shipping method selected. If the delivery timeline remains the same, I don't understand why customers are being offered expensive shipping upgrades.

The biggest drawback for me was the delivery time itself. Waiting 21–30 days for a product is simply too long, especially when many other online stores can deliver much faster.

Because of the high prices, confusing checkout experience, questionable shipping options, and long delivery times, I ultimately decided not to complete my purchase. Based on my experience, I would look for alternative stores before considering ordering from IMbesharam again.

I recently bought a vibrator from IMbesharam. They offer a wide range of products, which is great because there are plenty of options to choose from. The product I received was good quality and performed well initially. However, I found their prices are much higher compared to other websites selling similar products, which was a bit disappointing. Another drawback was the delivery time, it took more than 7 days for my order to arrive.

The product itself worked well, but its lifespan was limited. In my experience, it lasted only around 6–8 months before it stopped working properly. Overall, IMbesharam has a good selection and decent product quality, but the higher prices, slow delivery, and limited durability make it hard for me to rate it higher.

I placed an order with IMBesharam about a month ago. Overall, the shopping experience was average, but the biggest issue was the shipping and delivery process.

When I asked about the reason, they explained that factors such as logistics costs, customs fees, and other operational expenses contribute to the higher pricing. While I could understand and accept that explanation, I expected better service in return. The website promised delivery within a week, but my order ended up taking around 15 days to arrive. After the first week passed, I contacted customer support for an update. Their response was simply that the package was on the way and that I should wait. Two days later, when I followed up again, I received no response at all.

Another major drawback is the lack of a customer support phone number. The only way to reach them is through email, and responses are slow and inconsistent. This made the delay even more frustrating because there was no reliable way to get timely updates.

The product eventually arrived, but the long delivery time, poor communication, and limited customer support left me disappointed. If you're considering ordering from IMBesharam, be prepared for potential delays and slow customer service.

My experience with this seller has been extremely frustrating. On 16/05/2026, I purchased a product worth ₹32,000, but it was defective and not working when I received it.

When I contacted the seller for a replacement, they refused to handle the issue directly and told me to contact the manufacturer's support team instead. After several emails and follow-ups with the manufacturer, I finally received a replacement parcel on 04/06/2026.

However, when I opened the package, I found that the product inside was different from what I was expecting. I contacted the seller again, but they once again directed me to the manufacturer's support team rather than helping resolve the issue themselves.

At this point, I feel completely let down. The manufacturer has stopped responding to my emails, and I am left without a proper resolution despite spending a significant amount of money. The lack of responsibility and customer support has made this a very disappointing experience.
