I purchased a vibrator from NaughtyNight on 4th May, and initially I was very happy with the product. The quality of the product so was good, and it worked perfectly during the first month of use. However, after about one month, I started facing an issue. The button is no longer working properly, and the vibration modes are not changing when I press it. This has made the product difficult to use.

I am disappointed because the product performed well at first, but this problem appeared too soon. I would appreciate it if Naughty night could either provide a solution to fix the issue or arrange a replacement/exchange under their customer support policy. Overall, the product was good initially, but the durability and functionality need improvement.

When I saw a particular item priced at ₹8999, I genuinely believed I was investing in something top-tier, unique, made with body-safe materials, and designed for superior performance. The high price tag, I thought, ensured quality and innovation.

The ordering process was smooth enough, payment went through without a hitch. I eagerly awaited my order, trusting that such a significant investment would bring a product that lived up to its promise.

The Disgusting Deception: ₹8999 for a ₹2000 Knock-off

The materials looked questionable, the finish was rough, and it bore almost no resemblance to the high-end product I'd ordered. I immediately recognized it as one of those mass-produced, low-quality items you can find on lesser-known sites or even local markets for a fraction of the cost. Out of sheer disbelief, I did some quick searching online, and sure enough, identical items are available for around ₹2000, maybe even less, on various other platforms – including some shady Chinese marketplaces!

My attempts were met with either complete silence, automated responses that promised to 'look into it' (and never did), or generic replies that skirted the issue. They clearly have no intention of resolving this or even acknowledging their fraudulent practices. Their customer service is as fake as their product descriptions.

Save yourself the heartache, the financial loss, the utter disappointment, and the feeling of being utterly duped. There are many reputable companies out there that value their customers and offer genuine quality; Naughty Nights is decidedly NOT one of them.

I am pursuing all avenues to report this fraudulent company and protect other potential victims from their deceptive practices. My experience with Naughty Nights has been nothing short of a nightmare. Avoid at all costs!
