I opted for IndiaFilings for GST registration and paid on April 7, 2026. From the beginning, the service never actually started. Days passed with no onboarding, no document requests, and no real progress. What made it worse was that the status updates in the application suggested movement, but in reality there was no work done and no communication shared.

Reaching customer support was a struggle. Calls often went unanswered, emails didn’t receive responses, and chat support didn’t help. My account manager (Diwakar) and the MCA contact (Revathi Arutselvan) were also unreachable despite repeated follow-ups. I kept getting verbal promises that things would begin “immediately,” but nothing followed.

Refund was handled unprofessionally too. Initially, the company closed my refund request even though I had not received the money. Later, I was told directly that I needed to remove my Trustpilot review to get the refund processed. I refused, and I proceeded by raising a chargeback through my bank.

Update (June 9): I did finally receive the refund after two months, but only after the chargeback. Without that, I’m certain the refund would not have happened.

Overall, this was a complete lack of service despite upfront payment, misleading updates, and poor accountability. I strongly recommend others think twice before paying in advance to avoid ending up in the same situation.

Very frustrating experience. I started the company closure process in good faith and submitted every document that was requested, expecting the matter to be completed within a reasonable time. Instead, I've been left waiting with almost no updates or proper communication. Every follow-up seems to lead nowhere, and there is still no clear indication of when the closure will actually be finalized. These unnecessary delays have created avoidable costs and administrative headaches. It shouldn't be so difficult for someone who is simply trying to legally shut down an inactive business. I sincerely hope the authorities improve their efficiency and resolve pending cases much faster.

Please do not make any advance payments without fully understanding what you are paying for. In my experience, they collected payment without clearly explaining the terms, timelines, or the actual scope of the services. After receiving the money, they failed to deliver the services they had promised.

What made the situation even more frustrating was the complete lack of customer support. My calls went unanswered, my messages were ignored, and I received no meaningful updates regarding my case. Despite repeated follow-ups, there was no proper resolution or refund process.

I also encountered serious issues with the way my documentation was handled. Incorrect information was submitted in government-related documents, applications were processed without my proper authorization or signatures, and unnecessary complications were created. As a result, my application became stuck, making it difficult to transfer my work to another service provider.

I strongly advise anyone considering this company to do thorough research before proceeding. In my experience, they accepted payment, failed to provide the promised services, did not offer a refund, and left me without proper support. I also recommend reading their Google reviews, where many customers have shared similar negative experiences.

Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend registering your company through this organization. Their lack of professionalism, poor communication, and handling of my case resulted in financial loss, unnecessary delays, and significant stress.

Please be careful before trusting them with your money or important business documentation.

Stay away from IndiaFilings. I shared my number once, and the spam calls never stopped. I only needed a simple GST registration, but their associate (Antony Visva) pushed me into paying ₹8,000 for an unnecessary OPC, clearly a tactic to lock me into ongoing compliance fees. Now my registration is stuck in a “halted” state, they have my PAN and Aadhaar details, and they’ve stopped responding to calls and emails. No real service was delivered, just access to a useless “ledger” tool as cover.

This has been a frustrating and costly experience. Avoid these online aggregators, work with a local farm you can actually meet.

I engaged IndiaFilings for their "Company Compliance" service about 3 years ago, paying a substantial ₹26,000. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. They took my money and then claimed the service couldn't proceed without GST, a requirement that didn't apply to my business at the time based on government turnover thresholds. When I requested a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their CA so I could engage another firm, I received absolutely no response for 3 years. This has caused immense frustration and financial loss. I strongly advise others to steer clear of IndiaFilings.
