Overall Positive Experience
I recently purchased the Lovense Mini machine from TSTI, and I must admit I was a bit skeptical before placing the order. The biggest reason was the price difference. I had seen the same product listed by other sellers for much higher prices. For example, some websites were selling it for close to ₹90,000, while TSTI had it listed for around ₹40,000. The difference was so large that it honestly seemed suspicious.
Before ordering, I contacted their customer support to understand why the price was so much lower. Their representative explained that they already had the product imported and stocked within India, so they were shipping directly from India to Indian customers. Because of that, there were no additional customs duties, international shipping charges, or import-related costs being added to the final price. They also mentioned that some other sellers may be sourcing products from overseas warehouses, which could increase the overall cost due to customs and logistics expenses.
After speaking with them, I decided to take a chance and place the order. The product arrived in discreet packaging and was exactly what I had ordered. The build quality felt premium, the setup was straightforward, and everything worked perfectly out of the box. The performance matched my expectations, and I did not face any issues with functionality or authenticity.
The only downside was the delivery time. The package arrived about three days later than the estimated delivery date. While that was a little frustrating, it wasn't a major issue considering the amount of money saved compared to other sellers.
