Slightly Awkward Chat Support
I purchased the Lovense Lush 4 on May 30th from this site, and my experience was very positive. The order was placed smoothly, delivery arrived on time, and the product itself was very good, thanks to Lovense and who manufactured this mater piece, and this site. The quality feels really premium, and the setup was very easy and quick, and it performs exactly as advertised.
The only area that should use some improvement is the chat support. Whenever I had an order related question, the chat system first ask me to verify my email address before providing any information. I understand the security reasons behind this, it felt a bit repetitive especially for simple order status inquiries. There were also a few occasions where the chat redirected me to a human support agent, which made my experience feel slightly awkward and, I didn't want to talk with any human, I wanted it to be privacy first.
Whatever these were minor inconveniences. The delivery was timely, the product quality is excellent, and I'm very satisfied with my purchasel. I would definitely recommend the Lovense Lush 4 to anyone considering it.
