Bacca Bucci

I purchased the Bacca Bucci Men Lace Up Running Shoes from Amazon in May, and my experience has been very disappointing. Within just one month of normal use, the shoes started tearing. I expected much better durability, but the quality turned out to be far below my expectations.

I had already submitted a review on Amazon on 22nd June, but it seems that customer complaints and reviews don't receive much attention there. That's why I decided to share my experience on TrustGate.in, which appears to be a more genuine third-party review platform. I noticed that many reviews have a Verified Purchase badge next to the reviewer's name, which gives me more confidence that the reviews are authentic.

I hope someone from Bacca Bucci notices this review and reaches out to help resolve the issue. I didn't expect a pair of shoes to wear out this quickly after such a short period of normal use.

I ordered a pair of Neo Shoes after seeing their advertisement on Instagram and made the full payment online. The company provided an expected delivery date, but the product was not delivered on time. When I contacted customer support, I was informed that the shipment had been handed over to Delhivery. However, even after waiting 9 additional days, I still had not received my order. Due to the excessive delay, I requested order cancellation and a refund of my payment. Unfortunately, my refund request was ignored, and I received no meaningful response from customer support.

This has been a very disappointing experience. The lack of communication, delayed delivery, and failure to address refund requests make the company appear unreliable. I would advise customers to be cautious before placing an order.
