Pathetic Support & Defective Product - Unprofessional Service!

I had a terrible experience with Bacca Bucci. I received a defective and torn pair of shoes with stains on them. When I raised an issue for exchange, customer support delayed the delivery and provided zero clarity on quality checks.
Later, after agreeing to an exchange, they unilaterally cancelled my order and initiated a refund without my consent, stating the item was out of stock—even though it showed available on their website! The customer support is unresponsive, unprofessional, and shows a total lack of accountability. Extremely disappointed with the product quality and service. Will not recommend buying from them.
