Product Was Good

I purchased a vibrator from NaughtyNight on 4th May, and initially I was very happy with the product. The quality of the product so was good, and it worked perfectly during the first month of use. However, after about one month, I started facing an issue. The button is no longer working properly, and the vibration modes are not changing when I press it. This has made the product difficult to use.

I am disappointed because the product performed well at first, but this problem appeared too soon. I would appreciate it if Naughty night could either provide a solution to fix the issue or arrange a replacement/exchange under their customer support policy. Overall, the product was good initially, but the durability and functionality need improvement.
