Received Wrong Item and Poor Customer Support
My experience with Naughty Nights has been extremely disappointing. Instead of receiving the product I ordered, the package contained a bunch of stones, which was shocking and unacceptable. When I tried contacting customer service, the response was unprofessional and did not provide any proper resolution to the issue. Because of this experience, I feel the service is unreliable and needs serious improvement in both delivery quality and customer support.

We're sorry to hear about your experience. However, we take claims of this nature very seriously, and after reviewing our records, we have been unable to identify any order, support ticket, or complaint matching the details mentioned in your review.
Receiving a package containing anything other than the ordered product would be a serious issue and would normally require immediate investigation by our team and shipping partners. We currently have no record of such an incident being reported to us.
