I placed an order on this website "https://thesextoysindia.com/" and completed the payment through the UPI ID provided by them (ra...ci). I was informed that the product would be delivered within a week. However, it has been more than 18 days, and I have neither received the product nor any order confirmation or tracking details.
I have repeatedly tried contacting them through WhatsApp, but my messages have gone unanswered. The lack of communication and customer support is extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, I would advise potential customers to exercise caution before placing an order with this website. Its a Fraud website.
