I had one of the worst experiences with this loan app. I have applied for a loan on 22nd May and was told that the amount would be credited soon. However, even after 5 days, the loan was still showing as under process and no funds were disbursed. When I contacted customer support I received the same generic response that the amount would be credited shortly. The most frustrating part was that the application remained stuck at the final stage for days without any progress. I needed the money urgently for an emergency situation, but the company failed to deliver on its promises.

Their technical issues apparently take weeks to resolve, and there is no proper communication or accountability. An emergency loan service is supposed to help people when they need funds quickly, not leave them waiting indefinitely. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this app to anyone. The service is unreliable, customer support is unhelpful, and the entire process was extremely disappointing. I already complained about this on PlayStore.
