I had a very disappointing experience with this loan app, they are cheater. The penalty charges are completely unreasonable. I was charged around ₹1,600 for just a one day delay, which feels excessive and unfair. It seems like the company profits more from late fees than from helping customers repay their loans.

Even after paying the overdue EMI and principal amount, the late charges continued to increase, making it feel like you are stuck in an endless cycle of debt. To make things worse, the app doesn't provide a clear show of how these penalties are calculated, and there is no proper payment history or transaction transparency. Without basic details, it's impossible to verify what you are charged for. I would strongly advise others to read the terms carefully before using this app.
