Complete Disaster

I regret taking loan from Kissht loan app, I foreclosed my loan on March 31st and since then my experience has been nothing short of a disaster. Even after I paid the full balance and received an email confirming they’d received the money, they still attempted an EMI autodebit from my bank account. That felt completely unacceptable and raised serious concerns about how they handle payoff closures.

Customer support is also a joke. I tried calling for hours and no one picked up. When I finally reached someone, the response was just completely unhelpful and full with dishonest. A representative told me they would email my NOC right away after our conversation, but it never came. On top of that, they kept blaming “system delays”, saying it would take several days just to reflect a payment they already acknowledged. Meanwhile, my bank account felt exposed to further unwanted debits.

This company is quick to take payments, but once you’re done, they don’t follow through. If you want peace of mind and want to avoid unnecessary stress during a payoff, I strongly recommend avoiding them.
