Terrible Experience, Still Waiting for My Refund

I had a terrible experience with the Kisht app. Everything was fine until I reached my final loan installment. To avoid any issues, I manually paid my last EMI through Google Pay one day before the due date. However, on the actual due date (5 June 2025), the app still auto-debited another installment from my bank account, resulting in a duplicate payment of approximately ₹6,500.

Since then, I have contacted their official customer support multiple times and also sent several emails requesting a refund. As of 30 June 2025, I have neither received my money back nor been given a proper resolution. This has been extremely frustrating. It feels like they don't care about resolving customer issues, and I'm still waiting for my hard earned money to be refunded. Based on my experience, I would advise others to be cautious and closely monitor their payments when using this app.
