Disappointed With The Recovery Practices

I am extremely disappointed with the recovery practices followed by this loan app. Due to temporary financial difficulties, I missed just one EMI payment. Instead of offering support or a reasonable resolution, recovery agents visited my home, contacted my relatives, and allegedly circulated my photo in my locality, causing significant embarrassment and damage to my reputation.

I have successfully repaid several larger loans in the past and have always tried to meet my financial obligations. Being treated this way over a single delayed EMI was completely unacceptable and deeply distressing. These actions negatively affected my image in society and caused unnecessary mental stress for both me and my family.

Although I have now cleared all outstanding dues, I strongly believe that recovery practices should be respectful, professional, and within legal boundaries. I will continue to raise my voice against such behavior so that others do not have to go through a similar experience. I hope the company reviews its recovery methods and treats customers with dignity and respect.
